After three years without physical face-to-face meetings, SETAC finally had its North America 43rd Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on the 13-17 November 2023. This year, the theme of the meeting was “Bridging Innovation and Sustainability.” It was a hybrid meeting with virtual presentations, innovative poster designs and, finally again, in-person talks, which were streamed live and recorded.

Partners from Radboud University, the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), Merck & Co., Inc. (MSD), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and Sanofi have authored a poster about the PREMIER project. Joan Tell from MSD presented the poster which emphasises the collaborative nature of our public-private Consortium and highlights the objectives of the project. The poster also includes updates of the progress made so far during the first 2 years of the project.

The poster, which title is  “Managing the Environmental Risks of Medicines via Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships”, was presented on the 15th Nov and was on-line for the duration whole duration of the conference.
